A Couple of Sketches

So here are a couple of panels I did a while back. I could not decide on the captions. Originally they were going to be political, but lately I am thinking about the holidays and the temptations of all the socializing.
The first panel would be like have another beer? Or piece of cake? The second panel would be a polite refusal, but firm. Like no thanks, I am driving or something like that.........
